Performance reviews are paramount for any bussines. We at CCW aimed to establish a seamless performance review process in which all participants (line managers, employees, peers etc.) will feel confident and supported in their role. We really took the time and effort to create a comprehensive and intuitive system with a visible performance feedback procedure and two-way discussions. We beliеve that continuous reviews will enable CCW line managers to identify achievements and efforts worthy of praise or reward, and will help said line managers to proactively contribute to their teams’ performance, productivity and well-being.
The newly redesigned 360-Degree Performance Review system will eliminate ambiguity and confusion around goal-setting and goal-tracking. It is designed to support line managers and employees in setting SMART development strategies and goals, ensuring continued progress, improvement and talent growth.
Last but not least, we are opening the door for exchange of feedback by streamlining everyone's feedback about the company and management.
