The Training Programme has been designed to guide Senior Management onboarding New Starters into the company.
For Senior Managers or Line Managers, provides a detailed structure of all different training sessions available. To whom they are targeted to, who must organise them, and who should present them. It also indicates average training time required and which sessions are available as recordings.
The Senior Manager/Line Manager is responsible to book all relevant trainings in the Training Calendar. Hyperlinks for the recorded sessions must be saved in the invites alongside the password.
For New Starters, the Training Programme works as a guide on what sessions and content is relevant to them. Not all sessions are relevant to all New Starters. Senior Management to confirm which sessions are part of each individual training plan at the start, in the 'Welcome to The Team' intro. Recorded sessions can be accessed through the hyperlinked titled. Password available in the calendar invite.
