Visual Method Side

Things we need to do on our side:

1. Log into the sync server and setup a dropbox sync to the relevant project folder by copying another _DROPBOX job. Pick our project path on the left and copy the project name on the right after the main dropbox path

2. Make sure auto sync is on and that there is a sync from dropbox to us every N minutes (there is no file change detection on DB)

3. Once the project is synced with our dropbox logon to our dropbox space with the studio@visual-method.com acc. and share the relevant project folder with the correct email addresses of the freelancers involved

Freelancer Side

1. Make sure freelancer has a dropbox account

2. Make sure they have enough space on that account to sync the project

3. Give them visual subst and instruct them to map their dropbox folder to the P drive letter. 

4. License key - ZMK43-STHYD-Q8SPB - registered to invoice@visual-method.com

5. Instructions for how to use visual subst can be found here 

6. Explain that this will enable them to work directly with our paths and not have to re-map textures.

7. Check sync is working for them and that they see the path to the project as P:\\vm####_project
