3. 認識動物與植物細胞構造上的差異。
4. 認識生物的組織層次,包括細胞、組織、器官、系統及生物體。
5. 認識光學顯微鏡的各組件的名稱及作用,尤其是負責調焦、總放大率及控制光量的組件。
6. 認識電子顯微鏡與光學顯微鏡的差異,包括可觀察樣本的狀況、顏色、放大率等。
