Sustained Investigation Fourteen

For this project, I was inspired by this image I had found with a photo of a simple background having a bright yellow circle as a sun. I then wanted to try and develop the sun having a cast of light across the city that I made. Then through that I worked on perspective by trying to alter the front facing buildings so that they had depth and different facing directions. I then filled in details such as depth and windows into the buildings facades.

I made this using Illustrator and developed a use of color and color pallete that I felt was very vibrant. I really tried developing the 3D visuals with this work also trying to move away from the flat work that I was doing previously.

I am pretty proud of this work I just feel that I could have done a higher density of buildings.
