Sustained Investigation Twelve

For this project, I used similar themes from past sustained investigations however I tried to develop it in a different way. I mainly worked to try and use lighting from the city as the main theme. I worked on using simple opacity and layering of light to make it look like it refracted from a distance. I also was trying to show the impact of city lights and how it is seen even all the way out in nature.

I made this in Illustrator and started with the hills and then added in the buildings and layered them on eachother. From there I added in trees and sky and tried to position all objects to show the spread of the light

I am pretty proud of this work and like the way I developed the city and lighting.
