Acorn Portrait

For this project, we worked on creating self-portraits through digital media. I used Photoshop to create mine instead of Acorn, which both do about the same things. I think mine came out pretty well, and I like how the jacket came out. I think this project was interesting cause I had never played with facial structure in photoshop. I always love seeing a realistic image get turned into something much more straightforward.

When I created this in Photoshop, I used the fill tool and used layers to mask the selfie. I then added similarly colored shapes to my jacket since I felt it added a little more depth to the image.

I found this project an excellent quick exercise to mess with Photoshop and Acorns tools and see how you can create something out of a photo. I think I would have wanted to thin the borderlines and add a little more detail for the future.
