What is Rentor's pet policy?

We ALWAYS recommend allowing pets. See our Pet Protection Guarantee.

It's your choice as the property owner whether or not to accept tenants with pets. If you do accept tenants with pets, we'll require the tenant to sign a Pet Agreement addendum to the lease outlining the additional responsibilities that come with a pet and pay a monthly Pet Admin Fee to Rentor.

Please note that registered service animals are not considered pets. We are legally required to accept tenants with registered service animals, even at properties where the owner has chosen not to accept tenants with pets.  Qualifying Emotional Support / ESA / ADA / Service Animals cannot be legally denied.
