What is a portfolio review call?

Portfolio review calls are an opportunity to speak directly with your Portfolio Manager, a Rentor representative assigned to your portfolio, to discuss any recent updates or upcoming events at your Rentor properties. This includes, but is not limited to: rent status, tenant placement progress, ongoing maintenance issues, and upcoming lease renewals.

The calls are typically 15-20 minutes in length, and we encourage you to be at a computer reviewing your Owner Portal during the call, so that you can follow along!

Calls must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. You can email Support@Rentor.com to request a portfolio review call, or your Portfolio Manager may reach out to set one up.

If you are not available during US business hours, we cannot guarantee that we will find a time that works for your schedule. If you miss your call or need to reschedule last-minute, we also cannot guarantee that there will be a different time available for you that day. Our Portfolio Managers are busy making sure things are running smoothly at your properties, so please try to be available during your scheduled time!
