Why do utilities need to be in my name as the Owner?

Generally, we will place utilities into our company name for long term rentals, but we may ask you to call Utility Vendors and put the bill under your name in specific situations which would include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Extended vacancy where there are not expected to be rent proceeds.

• Property is being transferred to a new Manager.

• The property is simply being leased by RPM and then we will be handing back management.
