Report of Suspected Mold

  1. Receive notice from tenant of suspected mold (microbial infestation).

  2. Notify owner of report of suspected mold and the next actions we will take.

  3. Contact Vendor to conduct inspection.

  4. Review report and update owner and tenant as needed.

  5. Follow up until issue resolved.
