Facilitating Property Access
Owners can request a Site Visit to facilitate access for deliveries and maintenance. Many of our owners ship appliances and items to the home and need someone to meet with the shipping company. Many owners also need help coordinating access for repairs for properties not yet under our management. For both of these scenarios, we can help!
How much does it cost?
Facilitating access for these reasons is not offered in our core services. There will be a charge of $20/hr for helping provide access to your property.
