What is the move out process?
#1. The Move Out Process is started when we receive a Notice of Intent to Vacate (T86) from the Resident or notification from the Property Owner that they would like to terminate the Tenancy (O14c).
#2. We then start our Move Out Checklist and notify all relevant parties.
#3. After the Make Ready repairs and cleaning are scheduled, the unit is rent ready, and we have begun marketing the vacancy, we'll keep you updated when we secure a new resident.
