These are terms and conditions that commonly apply to promotions with Real Property Management (RPM), including ones where you must redeem a promotional code as part of the offer and where no alternative terms and conditions apply.

• This is a limited time offer.

• RPM reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. If you received the promotional code (directly or indirectly) from a third party, that third party also reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.

• Offer only applies to new clients signing up for services with RPM.

• If Full Management Service, rebate will be applied to the 2nd month of management with RPM.

• If Leasing Only Service, rebate will be applied to the Leasing Fee paid with RPM.
