How do I sign up for Leasing Only Services?

If you are ready to sign up for Leasing Only Services, you can contact us at 707.444.3835 or email Support@Rentor.com and we can email you a Leasing Only Agreement for your signature. In order to initiate services we will need to have a discussion to confirm expectations and we may conduct a site visit to ensure the property meets our criteria.

Please note: If occupied, Leasing Only Services do NOT include performing move out inspections nor the Security Deposit Transmittal / Move Out Accounting for the tenant that is moving out. Move Out Accounting services are a flat $399 fee per security deposit transmittal. This includes a Pre-Move Out Inspection (if requested), the Move Out Inspection, identification of Owner / Tenant Charges, Maintenance Coordination, Invoice Processing, and Finalization of Security Deposit Charges for Tenant Move Out Accounting Statement. If the Tenant disputes any security deposit charges, RPM will conduct a review of the deposit dispute and assist in facilitating a resolution. If the Tenant continues to pursue the dispute beyond the initial consultation with Owner, RPM may charge additional fees to continue assisting with the dispute as agreed upon by Owner.

Steps for you to complete for signing up for Rentor Leasing Only Services:

  1. Complete a Leasing Only Agreement

  2. Provide Rental Information & Owner Preferences - NOTE: Our Business Development Manager will review all of the Rental Property Information and your preferences.

  3. Complete W-9 Form & one of the California Franchise Tax Board Forms (See below)

  4. Email copy of Insurance Declaration Page to Support@Rentor.com or, email the Insurance Agent's contact info.

  5. Optional, but highly recommended: Complete an Owner Completed Initial Property Condition Review & Email us pictures of the property for marketing.

  6. If applicable, notify us of any maintenance you would like to be completed.

  7. Provide us keys for the property.

  8. Once we have items 1-6 above, we will conduct a site visit to take pictures and video and then begin marketing. You will receive a weekly status update!


California Franchise Tax Board

  1. If a California Resident, complete FTB Form 590 (California Residents).

  2. If not a California Resident, complete FTB Form 589 (Non-California Residents).

  3. If not a California Resident and you would like to request a reduced withholding, complete FTB Form 588 (Non-California Residents Withholding Waiver Request).
