Can I attend showings & inspections?

Some property owners want to attend showings & inspections, but we strongly discourage this.

We want to do all we can to ease your mind from the concerns that arise from being a landlord by sending you reports and pictures and confirmation on the status of your Rental Property. However, we cannot effectively do the job that you have hired us to do if we have to involve additional parties when coordinating our workflow. Many times appointments change, as work demands adjust, so it complicates our work when there are more parties involved. Additionally, we highly discourage Property Owner Clients from directly communicating with Prospective or Current Residents.

The Residents may interpret your communication(s) as further contractual obligations that may cause you to incur legal liability. By keeping the lines of communication clean between Real Property Management and the tenant, the potential for ambiguity can be eliminated.

We are happy to send you Weekly Leasing Updates as well as copies of Property Condition Review reports after they are completed. You will receive pictures of the property so that you can have peace of mind. Additionally, please see our "Animal Protection Guarantee" for Residents with Pets.

As your Property Manager, it is our responsibility to take care of the details and keep you updated. It is in our mutual interest to have well maintained properties with quality Residents.
