No, we do not mark up invoices from vendors.

All negotiated rates with external Vendors are at or below market rate because of our size, volume, and invoice processing speed. We find the best deals and materials available, using a network of vendors we've partnered with from our experience managing hundreds of homes.

Repairs may be performed by in-house maintenance technicians or preferred vendors. We maintain relationships with Preferred Vendors which may involve accelerated payments with funds advanced by Rentor. Preferred Vendors may provide discounts that are to be retained by Rentor. We do not mark up invoices from vendors when we coordinate maintenance for our clients. Vendors have been instructed that all estimates and invoices for work will be at or below fair market value.

Our maintenance goal is to hold your property to the highest standards while coordinating with vendors that provide at or below market rates. We partner with you to help minimize expenses and maximize your return in the long term.

NOTE: If you have your own preferred vendors, we can send any incoming maintenance requests to them.
