What happens if the Tenant moves out before their lease expires? (Lease Break)

Lease Break

If the Lease has not started yet, the Tenant will be held responsible for 30 days of rent. See Resident FAQ regarding cancelling move in.

If the Tenant has moved in and wishes to break their lease, they will be responsible for the full payment of rent until their lease expires or a new credit-worthy Tenant leases the property. See Resident FAQ regarding lease breaks.

NOTE: If the Tenant is on a month to month Rental Agreement, they will only be responsible for rent for 30 days after they give their notice.
