How does your "Quality Tenant Placement" Leasing Only Service work?

1. Sign Leasing Only Agreement

2. We'll conduct site visit to determine rent readiness and take pictures/video.

3. Conduct marketing & Leasing.

4. Place Quality Tenant.

5. Transfer back Management to the Owner.

Please note: Leasing Only Services do NOT include performing the Security Deposit Transmittal / Move Out Accounting for the previous tenant moving out.
