Does RPM market units while a tenant is still living there?
We generally do NOT market properties while they are occupied until they are Vacant and scheduled to be Rent Ready, but if we do market the pending vacancy , we only conduct showings in with approved applicants. We generally do not show units that are not rent ready or are in the process of an eviction.
We only show occupied homes to approved applicants because there are often issues and generally tenants are unhappy with people in their home.
