Happy Client Guarantee

We're so confident that you'll be satisfied with our service that we've created a money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with our services, just give us a 30 day notice and we'll refund the management fee during the final 30 day notice period. 


Happy Resident Guarantee (Vacancy Protection Guarantee)

For any tenancy participating in the “Resident Benefits Package” Program, Rentor provides a “Vacancy Protection Guarantee”. If a Tenant vacates a property and cites the cost for the Resident Benefits Package as their reason for vacating in the “Tenant Notice to Vacate” or post move out survey, with some terms and conditions, Rentor will cover the rent cost of the vacancy up to $1,000.


Response Guarantee

If an Owner or Tenant calls, texts, or emails us about any matter, Manager will respond within 24 business hours of receipt of the message. If there is no response within 24 business hours, Manager will waive the property management fee for that month (up to $100). Tenants and Owner must use the emergency maintenance hotline selection when calling (707) 444-3835 for weekend calls in order for the Response Guarantee to be valid.


Fee Guarantee

If an Owner can find a lower management fee to manage their property in writing, Manager will match that fee. The competing property management cannot charge any miscellaneous fees of equivalent nature to the management fee and the quote must be only a percentage of rents collected.

(If Owner allows pets) Rentor will charge Tenant a Pet Admin Fee and provide Owner a guarantee that Rentor will cover the expense for any pet damages, upon move out, up to $3,000, if not covered by the security deposit, to minimize the chance that you (the Owner) will pay out of pocket for pet damage.

When we allow a pet into a home, we have vetted that animal almost as much as the tenant. At Rentor, we like to deal with hot button issues before they become problems. So, we screen each pet, charge a reasonable Pet Admin fee to the Resident, and guarantee that we will cover up to $3,000 of pet related damages, above the security deposit, to minimize your risk.

Programs on this website may or may not be active.   The Property Management Agreement & Housekeeping Documents dictate enrollment in specific guarantees and they may be discontinued at anytime with written notice.
