Problems - Skyward Grades Disappear

Problem:

Grades for a full semester aren't displaying in a teacher's gradebook.

Cause:

Skyward allows you to select which semesters are displayed in your gradebook. One of the options is to only display the current term so, on the day the term ends Skyward automatically hides grades teachers have been recording.

Fix:

Adjust the semester(s) that are displayed:.

In Gradebook select 'Display Options' and scroll down to select 'Grade Period Display'. In the page that opens select which terms you would like displayed in your gradebook.

Directions:

Open Gradebook

Select 'Display Options' at the top to open the menu

Scroll down to select 'Grade Period Display'

Select which terms you would like displayed in your gradebook.

Select Save
