Past conference times need to be deleted when scheduling new conferences otherwise it will interfere with parent's ability to schedule a new conference.
Step 1
A. Open Skyward and select 'Teacher Access' from the menu at top.
B. At the bottom of the menu that opens select 'My Conference Scheduler - CS'
Step 2
A. Select the triangle next to the group/class you have conferences that need deleting to open the submenu.
B. Select the triangle triangle next to 'Conferences' to see if there are conferences scheduled for that group/class.
C. If there are classes that need deleting, select the 'Mass Delete Time Slots' button at the right.
Step 3
This page lets you choose which conferences should get deleted. In most cases you will want to select and delete any conference you have scheduled
A. Check the box for All Classes unless you want to select from a list of classes.
B. This should show the current school year
C. Leave this date range as long as it is unless you only want to delete from a specific date/time range.
D. These should all be checked if you are deleting conferences from earlier in the year. If you made mistakes in your current scheduling you might uncheck some options so you don't have to recreate some parts of your schedule.
E. This should be left 'Blank - All Entities' unless you teach classes through more than one school in the district.
F. Select the 'Process' button when you have made all your selections.
After selecting 'Process' you will need to select an option to 'Run the Update' unless you would first like to select the option to 'Preview Data to Process'.
Step 4
After selecting 'Process' you may choose to select the button to 'Preview Data to Process' to be shown a list of conferences being deleted.
After selecting 'Process' or after 'Previewing Data to Process' you will need to select the button to 'Run the Update'
You may get messages to read or simple directions to follow.
Your conference schedule should now be cleared and you could close out of 'My Conference Scheduler' or may want follow directions to 'Schedule Conferences'.
