Chrome can bookmark websites but also your Google Drive Folders, Apps, and other web based material.

Step 1
Select URL
Open Chrome and navigate to the location you wish to bookmark. Note: if you would like a folder on your Bookmark Bar you can right click on it and select 'Add Folder...' from the menu.
A. Left click (without releasing) on the URL to begin dragging it.
Step 2
Drop the URL
A. Drag the URL to the location you want the bookmark. A white line indicates where the bookmark will be added. You can drag the URL over a folder and place it on the list of bookmarks in that folder.
B. Release the left mouse button to drop the URL bookmark when it is in the correct place. The icon and its name should appear in the spot it was dropped.
Step 3
Optional Editing
Your link is ready to use but you can edit or delete the name to save space in your Bookmark Bar
A. Right Click on the link
B. Select Edit from the menu that appears
Step 4
Optional Naming
A. Select the Name field and type in the desired name. You can also leave it blank if you don't want a name next to the icon which will save valuable space in your Bookmark Bar.
B. Select the 'Save' button.
