Directions - Voicemail

District voicemail is managed through Baldwin LightStream.  If set up correctly it should have multiple outgoing messages (after hours, business hours when you are away, and when you are on the phone). Each message needs to be recorded separately and you will also need to record your name for the voicemail system to announce your name to callers.  Your voicemail should also be forwarding your messages to your email address so you can listen with a PC.
