This page explains how to set up add appointment slots to an existing appointment schedule. If you have not yet done that or if you would like to set up another appointment schedule for a different type of appointment (i.e. conferences, office appointments) you should follow directions for 'Appointment Schedule Setup'
Step 1
Open Google Calendar
A. Open Google Chrome.
B. Select the Google Calendar icon from the waffle menu
OR go to calendar.google.com.
If you have created multiple calendars, make sure you are working in the calendar that is set up to make appointment slots.
Step 2
Open Appointment Scheduling
A. Left-click your mouse to select an area in your calendar. Tip: If you click on the the date and start time you want to offer appointments and drag your cursor to the end time, you won't have to edit the appointment time later. Note: You are not creating one appointment slot at a time you are creating a block of time when multiple appointment slots will be added. For example, if you set up appointments to be 10 minutes long and you create a 1 hour block of time, you will have created 6 appointment slots in that time period. If your schedule for appointment slots repeats often you should consider starting by creating a schedule as described in Step 2E of 'Appointment Schedule Setup'.
B. In the window that opens select the 'Appointment schedule' tab.
Step 3
