uniFlow is the extension software that handles printing. When logged into your uniFLOW account you will see and be able to manage your printing options. For printing you need to be logged into both your uniFLOW account and allow it to log into your Google account. If one or both of those accounts become disconnected you will need to reconnect in order to print. These directions bring you through logging in both accounts but it is usually the Google Login (Steps 1&2) that needs to be reconnected when there are printing problems. The uniFLOW printing login (Steps 1&3) will allow you to manage the printing options and does need to be logged in but that connection is more stable and so does not usually need reconnecting.
Step 1
Log into baldwinschools.us.uniflowonline.com
A. Select the UniFlow icon located in your Extensions Menu Bar.
B. Select the blue 'Sign in' button.
Step 2
BWSD Google Login
A. Select the 'BWSD Google Login' button.
Depending on your Google Account set up, you may be asked which account you would like to use to connect. The correct choice is your district Google account.
B. Select the X in the tab of the window that opens to close it.
In many cases this is enough to resume printing. In some cases you may also need to continue to Step 3 to log into your uniFLOW Account.
Step 3
uniFlow Online Account Login
A. Select the uniFLOW extension icon.
Depending on your Google Account set up, you may be asked which account you would like to use to connect. The correct choice is your district Google account.
Your screen should look like the image on the left but if you skipped Step 2 it will look like the image on the right. Both paths will let you access your uniFLOW account.
B. In the window that opens, select the uniFLOW Online Account link.
Step 4
The directions above should take you to your uniFLOW online Dashboard which allows you to manage your printer settings. You are now connected and can close out of this page. When selecting to print from within a document make sure to select the uniFlow printer. Some staff are then prompted to select the school where they are located before the print will send. Most should be able to log into the printer and follow directions to print the document they sent.
