Use the 'Search organization content' space at the bottom of this website to help find a lost document. It will search through our entire district domain for anything you have access to that matches your search term. It will return matches from documents, emails, shared files, even the district website, without having to go to each one and perform an individual search.

Extend your computer display onto a second monitor or Classroom Display instead of staying with the default setting or mirroring. Extending allows you to display and interact with content on two monitors which saves time compared to switching between two documents on the same screen. Many already know how to extend their screen but for those I have shown how to do this it's been a game changer they didn't know how they've been dealing without. The issue of extending vs. mirroring comes up because it can sometimes cause a problem for people who plug in a classroom display and don't understand why it isn't showing what is on their computer. So, under the Problems tab is a page titled 'Classroom Display Only Displays Desktop Default Image' where I describe how to switch back and forth between the two modes.

Chromebooks have a lot of digital tools making it easier for students to access digital information on their Chromebooks, maybe you've noticed students goofing around with those tools to change the color of their screens or read a text out loud. The Accessibility Differences page under the Goals tab can show you how to control those accessibility tools to help students focus rather than giving them something to play with.
