You can set your email to respond to all incoming messages. This is often used to notify people you are away and may not respond quickly
Step 1
Open Gmail
Step 2
In the top right, click Settings.
Step 3
Scroll down to the "Vacation responder" section.
Step 4
Select Vacation responder on.
Step 5
Fill in the date range, subject, and message.
Step 6
Under your message, check the box if you only want your contacts to see your vacation reply.
