New Staff Member — Valerie Fischer

"Hello, I am Valerie Fischer and I am the new First Grade Teacher at Luxemburg-Casco Primary School. I am originally from South Milwaukee, WI. I attended South Milwaukee High School and UW-Green Bay.

I have a large extended extended family that is extremely close. I am the oldest daughter of four girls. My dad is a retired police officer and my mom runs an in-home daycare. Many of my family members either are teachers, were teachers, or married a teacher! My family has two dogs, “Bella,” and “Bessie,” as well as a cat named “Mickey.”

In my spare time I like to make crafts using my Cricut machine. I make t-shirts, tumbler cups, mugs, and gifts for family and friends. Along with crafting, I probably spend too much of my spare time reading.

One fun fact about me is my name is Ms. Fischer and I actually like to fish!"
