4K INFORMATIONAL MEETING

This 4K informational meeting is for Parents/Guardians of children that will be eligible for 4K for the 2017-2018 School Year and for Community Members who want
to learn more about LC's 4K program. If you wish, you may register your child this evening after the meeting. When registering, please bring your child's raised-seal birth certificate & a copy of their immunizations.
** To be eligible for 4K, your child must be born on or before September 1, 2013 **
4K & 5K REGISTRATION
Luxemburg-Casco Primary School – 601 Marcks Lane, Luxemburg, WI
January 23 through February 9, 8:00AM – 4:00PM
Wednesday, February 1, 8:00AM – 6:00PM
Luxemburg-Casco School District will conduct 4 year old kindergarten (4K) and 5 year old kindergarten (5K) registration Monday, January 23 through Thursday, February 9 for the 2017-2018 school year. Children who will be four (4) years old on or before September 1, 2017 are eligible to register for 4 year old kindergarten. Children who will be five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2017 are eligible to register for 5 year old kindergarten.
4K ~ Must be born on or before September 1, 2013
5K ~ Must be born on or before September 1, 2012
No appointment necessary. You do not need to bring your child.
Parents are required to bring all of the following information to register:
Child’s birth certificate WITH NOTARIZED RAISED SEAL for age verification. Copies will not be accepted.
Emergency card contact information (phone numbers, addresses, and contacts)
A copy of immunization records
ATTENTION PARENTS OF L-C 4K STUDENTS
If your child is already attending L-C for 4K, you DO NOT have to register again for 5K. We will provide you more information about 5K at a later date.
