4K & 5K Kindergarten Registration

REGISTRATION
The Luxemburg-Casco School District will conduct 4 year old kindergarten (4K) and 5 year old kindergarten (5K) registration Monday, January 26 through Friday, February 13 for the 2015-2016 school year. Children who will be four (4) years old on or before September 1, 2015 are eligible to register for 4 year old kindergarten. Children who will be five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2015 are eligible to register for 5 year old kindergarten.

Luxemburg-Casco Primary School – 601 Marcks Ln. – Luxemburg, WI
Dates and Times:
January 26 through February 13, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday, February 4, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
*No appointment necessary
*You do not need to bring your child
Parents are required to bring all of the following information to register:
Child’s birth certificate WITH NOTARIZED RAISED SEAL for age verification (copies will not be accepted)
Emergency card contact information (phone numbers, addresses, and contacts)
A copy of immunization records
5 YEAR OLD KINDERGARTEN (5K) PARENT MEETING AND SCREENING
Sign-up sheets for the parent meeting and screening will be available at registration for the following dates:
Tuesday, April 28, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM (informational meeting starts @ 6:00 PM)
Thursday, May 7, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM (informational meeting starts @ 6:00 PM)
** Screening will start at 5:30 PM for those who are able to attend at that time and will continue throughout the informational meeting **
It is important that everyone attends the meeting and screening for proper classroom placement.
