New Staff Member — Karen Kudick

"Hello, my name Karen Kudick. I have just been hired as the the EL Teacher and I will be working primarily at the Intermediate School and I will also have one period at the Middle School each day.

I graduated from Denmark High School and have graduated from both University of Wisconsin Madison and University of Wisconsin Green Bay. I am currently taking graduate courses through Indiana University.

I have a very supportive and loving family. My parents still live in Denmark and my two younger brothers live around the area. In my spare time I like to read or go to movies. I also like to cross-stitch and spend time playing with my niece.

For the last 8 years I have lived and taught abroad in a few countries. I have lived in China, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. It had been a great experience learning and experiencing new cultures, but I'm happy to be back in Wisconsin, near my family and friends, to teach in this great community."
