New Staff Member — Matt Van Straten

"Hello, I am Matt Van Straten I am the new 3rd Grade Special Education Teacher at Luxemburg-Casco Intermediate School. I’m originally from De Pere, WI. I attended De Pere High School and Winona State University in Minnesota.

I have a brother who is 3 years younger than me and a sister who is 6 years younger than me. I have 2 dogs, Bentley and Boomer, and 2 cats, Bucky and Murphy.

I like to play basketball, spend time with friends and family, and spend time outside. One fun fact about me is that I've played in a State Championship basketball game and coached in 2 others."
