Slinker

Slinkers are solitary animals, only socializing when finding mates. They are stealth hunters and will feast on animals smaller than them and grubs. Using their suction cup paws they keep to the walls and stay in cracks and crevices. When they need to sleep and cannot find a safe place to hide they will hang from the ceiling using their tail, displaying their fan, the eyes appearing as though they are watching. However, they cannot stay like this long and are limited to power naps in this state.

The fans on their body also operate as coverage to other miniscule holes along their body in which they breathe out of. The additional opportunities for oxygen allow them to obtain more and so they can traverse in even the deepest of tunnels, but when they do this, their fans are either undone fully or at least partly.

Their fangs do more than give a deep, nasty bite. Although, they carry a lot of dangerous bacteria, and it will develop an infection fast if not treated. As for their large, round ears, they have amazing hearing and due to their skittish nature they will run upon hearing any movement.
