Sports & "Stuff"

Students at Rush Arts usually have a pre-conceived notion in their heads that they need to be athletic to be successful in the Physical Education class. That is simply not true. It is true that the athletic students tend to find Phys Ed class easier, we are not trying to teach you to be a superstar athlete in this course (though Mr. Corabi and Mr. Doyle will certainly be on the look out for students that might be helpful to our teams!)

With that said, the "ideas to do" page reviews a WIDE-Range of fitness activities you can do independently and usually by yourself if that's what you want. This page, lists the activities you can select to do on choice days AND some of the T-directed small group and large group activities you will do during your time in Physical Education class at Rush Arts
