PU DAWÜL / EN EL CHARCO

Performance realizada en el hogar donde crecí y aún vivo, casa materna ubicada en una de las comunas periféricas de la Región Metropolitana: Pudahuel, que en lengua mapuche significa “en el charco”, o el barro que se forma en la tierra después de llover.

Un patio de villa, lugar para el cultivo del lawen (plantas medicinales) de mi madre, un pequeño trozo de tierra en donde poder respirar y evadir el confinamiento. Una reducción de la vida que nos hace notar los limitados espacios en los que crecimos y estamos acostrumbrades a vivir.

PU DAWÜL / IN A PUDDLE

Performance carried out at the place where I grew up and still live, maternal home located in one of the peripheral communes of the Metropolitan Region: Pudahuel, that in the Mapuche language means "in a pool", or puddle that forms on the ground after raining.

A court of a villa, a place to grow my mother's lawen (medicinal plants), a small piece of land where I can breathe and avoid confinement. A reduction in life that makes us notice the limited spaces in which we grew up and used to live.
