Mi propuesta fue utilizar un ventanal de mi casa en la comuna de Ñuñoa, para realizar una retroproyección de video y que sea visible desde el pasaje donde vivo. El video que presenté es una reedición de la video instalación Ofrenda (2017), el video muestra el recorrido en loop de una mujer que carga consigo una particular ofrenda floral. En este trayecto, la mujer transita por los bordes del sector Nororiente de Santiago, recorriendo espacios limítrofes en un constante peregrinaje.

En Ofrenda, el contraste entre un paisaje a la vez urbanizado y bucólico –la ausencia de personas en las calles y el desarrollo urbanístico del sector– contrastan con las acciones mínimas e íntimas de la protagonista.

My proposal was to use a large window in my house in the Ñuñoa district, to make a rear projection of video and make it visible from the passage where I live. The video that I presented is a reissue of the video installation Ofrenda (2017), it shows the loop of a woman who carries with her a particular floral offering. On this journey, the woman transits the edges of the Northeast sector of Santiago, crossing neighboring areas on a constant pilgrimage.

In Ofrenda, the contrast between a landscape both urbanized and bucolic - the absence of people on the streets and the urban development of the sector - contrasts with the minimal and intimate actions of the protagonist.
