Vivo en pleno centro de Santiago, en una zona con alta densidad de edificios.

En estos momentos hay mucha gente en confinamiento, con mucha ansiedad por la dificultad de sobrellevar tal compleja situación de encierro.

Mi idea consta en proyectar de noche, a través de mi ventana, la palabra NEGOCIO. Pero las primeras 3 letras tintinean, se prenden y se apagan, quedando así sólo la palabra OCIO.

Mi propósito es enviar un mensaje de liberación hacia quienes habitan mi alrededor, permitiéndoles descubrir la conexión y mutua dependencia entre el ocio y el negocio.

Es una invitación a descansar. A revalorar el tiempo. A reducir, aunque sea por un instante, la autoexigida necesidad de producir para sobrevivir.

Es una invitación a re-crearnos en tiempos donde es indispensable hacerlo.

I live in the heart of Santiago, in an area with a high density of buildings.

At the moment there are many people in confinement, with great anxiety about the difficulty of coping with such a complex situation of confinement.

My idea consists in projecting the word BUSINESS (NEGOCIO) through my window at night. But the first 3 letters clink, turn on and off, leaving only the word LEISURE (OCIO).

My purpose is to send a message of liberation to those who live around me, allowing them to discover the connection and mutual dependence between leisure and business.

It is an invitation to rest. To revalue time. To reduce, even for an instant, the self-demanded need to produce in order to survive.

It is an invitation to re-create ourselves in times where it is essential to do so.
