Video que a través del relato visibiliza experiencias y abre reflexiones contingentes entorno al sentimiento del Miedo en Chile.

Entre el material de archivo, la intervención de imágenes históricas y captando lo que hoy se ve en las calles de Valparaíso, se construye un montaje que acompaña la historia de Brandon, joven estudiante de arte, victima ocular de la represión ejercida por el estado chileno. Pinturas, dibujos y autorretratos acompañan su testimonio. En segunda instancia, las voces de una pareja de mujeres, Marisol y Judith, que activaron la cocinería comunitaria para sus vecinas de tercera edad, una medida afectiva entre mujeres en el actual contexto de pandemia.

Para contrarrestar esta situación se invita a pensar críticamente esta nueva ofensiva del terrorismo de estado y potenciar entre pares acciones desde los afectos.

Among the archival material, the intervention of historical images and capturing what is seen today in the streets of Valparaíso, a montage is built that accompanies the story of Brandon, a young art student, an eye victim of the repression exerted by the Chilean state. Paintings, drawings and self-portraits accompany his testimony. Secondly, the voices of a couple of women, Marisol and Judith, who activated community cooking for their elderly neighbors, an affective measure among women in the current context of a pandemic.

To counter this situation, we invite to think critically about this new offensive against state terrorism and to promote peer-to-peer actions.
