Lelo is a Kender Thief with a skill for intrigue. Using Guile and manipulation, she has twisted the political climate of Ankatavanka to position herself as the leader of a budding thieves guild..

- she became known as 'Twice Born' after The Battle of Haven in 20 ac. She is killed by the monstrosity, Frost Elf, after waging a valiant fight against him. When she is given a resurrection potion by Skyleaf, hundreds of soldier on the battlefield witness her breath course back to life. Resurection Magic has been lost to the land for more than 30 years at this point. Most of the Soldiers have never witnessed this happen. As a result, many believe her to be an avatar for a God, albeit a lesser deity.
