Hebel Marcus

A human male, currently resides here. Hebel is considered the primary advisor to the city council. Co-Founded Haven with the wealth he accumulated as an adventurer. He hope to create a “haven” for refugees during the war and cataclysm. He is still quite able for his age. Seems to know Roderick, but does not seem to like him much.

Character Notes:

- Hebel was very upset when he easily caught Obito attempting to pick his pocket. Bad timing considering it was over Yasmin’s Corpse.

- Gives off a sense of strength in spite of his age
