Tarli Nimblefinger
At a young age, Tarli knew he was not like his brothers and sisters. He never found their toys in his pockets... unless he had wanted the toy in the first place. Tarli learned quickly to hide his serious demeanor in a guise of a laughing playful Kender. In fact, he learned a great deal about showing people what they expected to see. Soon, he learned that his skill with deception could be put to lucrative use. Tarli began with just small thefts, picking pockets and the occasional break and entry. One day, a man in a cloak offered him a much larger sum for a much darker deed. It was the first time Tarli would lure a wanting nobel to his death. It was not the last. If you need a man who can get you inside a crypt, past guards and locks, and a clean getaway? Tarli is your man. If you need him to leave someone else inside that crypt, he can help with that too.
Tarli is the Kender who sets up the Sanction Party to fall Victim to Sivak spies in Haven. His reason for doing this, and even how he knew who the Sanction Party was, are still unknown. He may be an associate of Flagg

Tarli has Antisocial Personality Disorder which has progressed into Psychopathic Disorder. He does not feel compassion for others and believes himself to be the embodiment of Lord Bhaal, the god of murder.
Tarli is killed by the Sanction Party in the summer of 20 AC. However, the Kender is sworn to serve Nyarlathotep in both life and death.
The Sanction Party discovered a sack of Rings which they determined to be Wedding Rings. It appears the mysterious disappearances of young women from Have, Ankatavanka, Barter, and Crossing are his doing.
Some have said they have seen a Death Knight of smaller stature wandering the mountains outside of Godshome. The rumors put thirty banshees with him who appear as young women who serve his will. A few in the Lost Words say that this Knight seems to be aware of some important Guild secrets. They believe it is Tarli reborn to undeath.
