Goals:

-        Reform the Order of the Solamnic Knights

-        Reestablish The honor of the Knighthood

-        Caprica’s choice to stay rather than leave with Kiri-Jolith drives her to seek others who are also “called”

Character History:

                  Caprica Whitestone was born in 13 P.C.  in Tarsis the Beautiful, to Lucian and Maxima Whitestone.  She was the younger of two children, her brother Jabez being 10 years older. 

                  Caprica believed from an early age that she was destined to become a warrior of the gods.  Jabez teased her because of this, for he did not have much use for the gods, but saw promise in her natural ability to fight.  Being a formidable fighter himself, and being older, he helped train her as she grew up.

                  At the age of 13, around the same time that the Cataclym began, Caprica was stricken with a mysterious illness. Her only memory of this time, was a vision of Kiri Jolith, giving her the choice to join him and leave this world behind, or remain.  She chose to stay, feeling that she had a destiny to fulfill, to become a messenger of the gods. Caprica soon recovered from her illness, and began training with Aluvian to become a paladin.   The family soon left Tarsis, now a desert, and returned to their homeland of Solamnia. 

                  Two years later, Lucian Whitestone was found slumped over at his desk, dead in his study.  It was determined that he had been poisoned by an excessive amount of opium mixed into his wineskin.  Because Jabez was an herbalist and opium happened to be his specialty, he was the number one suspect in the murder of his father.  It didn’t help that when the will was read, Caprica was named as the heir of the estate, which caused Jabez to explode in anger and show no remorse for the loss of their father.  He seemed only to care that he wasn’t getting the fortune that he had expected. 

                   Jabez disappeared before he could be tried for the murder.  Aluvian became a father figure to Caprica and therefore when he decided to travel to Haven, she joined him to continue her training.  

Character Notes:

-        Whitestone Estate

·       Whitestone estate is managed by caretaker, Miles

-        Garrok – Elven Ranger and Party Member

·       Met Garrok shortly after arriving in Haven.  Offered to assist him in maintaining peace in the area.

-        Duhkha Skyleaf – Half Irda/Half Elf Party Member

·       Impressed the isolationist Skyleaf upon their first meeting after Garrok insisted they meet.

-        Sir Kenneth Uth Mattar – Knight of Solamnia

·       Impressed Sir Kenneth Uth Mattar enough to entice him back to action.

·       Is engaged to Sir Kenneth Uth Mattar (1st day of Autumns Twilight)

·       Saved Kenneth’s life in battle with the Death Knight

-        A loyal Paladin of Kiri Jolith

·       Possibly one of a kind.  Certainly the only Paladin in the region

·       Not afraid to proclaim her position even when it may be detrimental

-        Touched by the Gods

Events

-        Time Stop Event: When Caprica was 13, in Tarsis, Aluvian and Caprica’s father have an argument about Caprica.  Aluvian does not understand the illness she is suffering from.  Her illness was apparently brought on by Cataclysm.  Her father said something about her not being their “real” daughter.
