Location: Last Known to be in Tarsis in Summer of 18 AC, moving West. Scouts anticipate the Army will attempt to meet the Army of Haven at its rear flank, pinning it between the Red Dragon Army and the Black Dragon Army inside the Solace Pass.
Strong Holds:
Tarsis - While there is great local dissent for Dragon Army rule, there is only a small under ground movement to subvert their power. Some of the forces from Howler's defeated Army have joined the Dragon Army Ranks. Their loyalty is in question. The Army has a contingent of Ogres who are lead by Hill Giants.
