Former Lord City has been diminished to a land lock shadow of its former glory as a Port city to the world.
1. Brigmere's Open Market - Near Central Plaza
a. Graelor General Goods - Mirinda Graelor, Gray haired Tarsan woman. She has a raspy voice and aged skin. The shop has the soft smell of Glimmer Smoke. The shop has any mundane item that can be named. Occasionally, she offers Chomsky goods and other magical items.
b. Grael's Smithy - Grael is a Minotaur who stayed behind when the Black Dragon Army left for Barter. He has a grinding, ruff voice. He had been badly injured during the siege of Tarsis.
c. Semi Shadowsilk - She is a Drow who came to Krynn during a failed experiment where she intended to planeshift into the Spider Queen's domain. Since then, she has leveraged her connection to the Spider Queen to create magical potions. She is also a skilled Alchemist.
2. The Inn of the Red Dragon - Tavern owned by Thorin Ceary, a bearded Tarsan. His thick black hair hangs down below his belt. He wears a short sleeve tunic which shows off his strength. The Bar area is soft lit with a number of both reputable and disreputable patrons. It is the only Tavern still open in Taris since the Draconians burned most of the older establishments to the ground after the siege.
Lea Softtouch - Blond Tarsan Barmaid who sometimes moonlights as a mistress.
3. Alhana's Inn - Alhana Bolhen a blond haired with a soft and sweet voice. She is well known as a proprietor and a Bard. She has a natural singing voice which helped keep her alive during the invasion. Fortunately for her, Tormund has enjoyed her singing for most of his life. He ordered the Inn and Proprietor guarded rather than destroyed with the rest of the city.
4. The Gilded Hand - this Tarsan thieves gild barely survived the invasion of Tarsis. They continue to work to subvert Dragon Army Rule in the City. As of 20 AC, they resent the alliance between North Ansolonian Authorities and the Black Dragon Army.
