118 - the aftermath

September 25, 1985: The US audience found out what a crappy show "Dynasty" was, after teasing them with a bloody massacre in the previous season´s finale. The only deadly victims were Lady Ashley Mitchell (Ali MacGraw) and Steven´s lover Luke Fuller (Bill Campbell). During this episode Joan Collins is missing due to her negotiations with the producers over her (arguably) low salary. The story was resumed with the family and wedding attendants being held hostage by the revolutionary terrorists of then unexistent European country Moldavia. Alexis´s scenes were given to Krystle instead.

Julio de 1986: El público norteamericano averiguaba lo cutre que era "Dinastía" por haberles tomado el pelo acabando la temporada anterior con una sangrienta masacre. Las únicas víctimas mortales fueron Lady Ashley Mitchell (Ali MacGraw) y el amante de Steven, Luke Fuller (Bill Campbell). Joan Collins no aparece en este episodio porque se hallaba en negociaciones con los productores respecto a su (discutiblemente) bajo sueldo. La historia se reanudaba con la familia y asistentes a la boda siendo retenidos como rehenes por los terroristas revolucionarios del entonces inexistente país europeo de Moldavia. Las escenas de Alexis en este episodio fueron reasignadas a Krystle en su lugar.
