P. miniaceus, capite coccineo, thoracis margine autico testaceo, dein nigro; scutello et elytrorum fascia media, extus abbreviata, membrana, antennis pedibusque nigris. Subtus albido annulatus.

Etwas plumper als P. suturalis, besonders Fühler ind Kopf stärker; der Rand der Membrann weiss. Wurzel der Schenkel und die Unterseite braunroth; der Hinterrand aller Brust- und Bauchsegmente breit weissgelb.

Von Herrn Sturm, aus Java.
