Protection Part 1:
Constructs and Affirmations
Questions:
1. The Golden Blanket
This is especially useful when you have property that cannot be physically safeguarded under reasonable circumstances. We use Divine Golden Light, which is impenetrable to the malicious eye. Your intention is to cover your belongings so that they are out of sight and deflect attention. Yes, it is, in effect, an invisibility spell. Yes, you can also apply it to yourself if you want to be invisible to someone else.
•Envision the object you wish to protect covered with a sparkling, golden blanket of light. This blanket completely seals the object from anyone’s view. This blanket stretches as much as you need to cover and seal the object.
•Say, “THANK YOU GOD, FOR PROTECTING MY -----------, UNDER GRACE IN PERFECT WAYS.”
•Go about your necessary activities and feel confident that your commands and thoughts are working effectively, in accordance with Divine Mind.
2. The White Nimbus
This is handy during any situation in which you personally need to feel protected. It both insulates you and also altars the way people address you and interact with you. If you are the leader of a group of people, you can enlarge it to encompass your entire posse.
•In your mind, picture a fluffy ball of white light surrounding you and about 12 ft in diameter. In the center of the white ball is a bright white tube standing straight up, where you are.
•When you are in proximity with people who are stressful, do not think about them. Instead, focus your attention on being in the middle of the white ball. Empty your thinking processes of everything but the white cocoon that surrounds you and transforms everything in it.
As you begin using this construct, you will probably visualize the tube as slender. The more you practice this, you will gradually see it becoming wider. Eventually, you will notice that the White Nimbus is a torus-shaped construct (like a donut) with you at the center of the vortex.
3. St. Patrick’s Breastplate
The story goes that the Druids were hiding in ambush to massacre St. Patrick and his monks as they roamed Ireland to their churchy duties. St. Padraic taught the monks this song [The Lorica] and they sang it nonstop to their destination. Their walk took them right past the ambushers, but all the bad guys saw was a herd of deer walking by. So it is also called The Deer’s Cry.
As you read this out loud, you will understand its power, which was originally done in Celtic.

49. St. Patrick’s Breastplate
By Kuno Meyer (Translated)
I ARISE to-day
Through the strength of heaven:
Light of sun,
Radiance of moon,
Splendor of fire, 5
Speed of lightning,
Swiftness of wind,
Depth of sea,
Stability of earth,
Firmness of rock. 10
I arise to-day
Through God’s strength to pilot me:
God’s might to uphold me,
God’s wisdom to guide me,
God’s eye to look before me, 15
God’s ear to hear me,
God’s word to speak for me,
God’s hand to guard me,
God’s way to lie before me,
God’s shield to protect me, 20
God’s host to save me
From snares of devils,
From temptations of vices,
From every one who shall wish me ill,
Afar and anear, 25
Alone and in a multitude.
Christ to shield me to-day
Against poison, against burning,
Against drowning, against wounding,
So that there may come to me abundance of reward. 30
Christ with me, Christ before me, Christ behind me,
Christ in me, Christ beneath me, Christ above me,
Christ on my right, Christ on my left,
Christ when I lie down, Christ when I sit down, Christ when I arise,
Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me, 35
Christ in the mouth of every one who speaks of me,
Christ in every eye that sees me,
Christ in every ear that hears me.
I arise to-day
Through a mighty strength, the invocation of the Trinity, 40
Through belief in the threeness,
Through confession of the oneness
Of the Creator of Creation.
