Aspects of the Planetary Logos:
Deities—Their Aspects and Avatars
Questions:
1. What are aspects of the Planetary Logos?
This planet and everything in it and on it are all aspects of the Logos. You are an aspect of Logos. I am an aspect of Logos. The cells of your body, the bacteria on your skin, the trees outside, the bunny hopping under it—all are Logos. Logos extends far above this 3rd dimensional vibration. It surpasses the 8th dimension. Every thought, feeling, and movement are also in Logos.
It is our great pleasure to participate in this grand design of beauty and grace, color and passion. We are unique in the universe, yet we share many similarities with other planets scattered throughout various galaxies.
Of the countless aspects of Logos, none are more mysterious nor powerful than those we call gods and avatars. Every species has their own. With them come stories about wisdom, creation, development, and the end of the species.
2. What is the purpose of gods and deities?
Logos is immense. Logos is powerful beyond imagination. It is so complex and so intricate that none of us can comprehend it. So, Logos has graciously broken itself up into little bits that are easy to relate to. As I said before, every species has its own mythology based on a central god figure. Even people who are not worshipful, who merely ascribe to a life based on loving feeling, are tuning into an aspect of divine energy.
So the gods and divine figures of religion are pieces of Logos. These pieces are awe-inspiring and strong in our hearts and psyches. We tend to invest in these deities our hopes for life as we wish it would be. They represent the ideals of ourselves—insofar as we can imagine perfection and wisdom.
Since the beginning of this living rock that flies through the solar system, there have been gods. Even the mineral forms have their gods. So before there was organic life, there were gods roaming the Astral World.
3. So the gods are living in the Astral World?
It is the lowest level at which they exist, but they are multi-dimensional beings, just like we are. Their archetypal selves reside at the 8th dimension.
Each god or deity has several different aspects, which relate to the needs of their people. For example, Aphrodite has roots that reach before ancient Sumeria. She has epithets such as Laughing Aphrodite (my favorite), Queen of the Sea, Morning Star, Goddess of Pure Love, Goddess of Whores, Goddess of Passion, and many more. Each aspect of a god holds a living essence that inspires and heals us. You and I attach ourselves to some aspect that feels similar to us. We draw from its strengths and incorporate these virtues into ourselves.
4. What are avatars?
When a person incarnates, sometimes he/she can become the physical expression of a deity. We see many of them in our society. Going back to the example of Aphrodite, we got an eyeful with Marilyn Monroe, Madonna, Britney Spears, Beyoncé Knowles, and Shakira. There is always a new young woman to carry the flame. They don’t have the same flavor, but Britney didn’t have the same flavor as Madonna, either. Madonna took a turn with Kali during the 90’s but now she’s going for Aphrodite again. These chicks got the avatar gig on purpose. They set out to express the energy with a precise goal in mind. Any woman can do the Aphrodite thing successfully, if she so chooses.
Along the same vein, avatars of Orpheus often dominate the musical scene. Elvis Presley and Ricky Martin took the mantle for a while, and now Justin Timberlake shares it with some other hot guys.
Avatars of Christ are very interesting, in that they are not public figures in the idolic sense. Any one of us can be an avatar for Christ at any time, because that office has a dimensional portal to every Soul Body in humanity. We can ask for this. Then unawares, we speak for Him to someone who needs to hear a special word. You know how this is. You have received this. A stranger speaks a casual phrase to you that somehow answers your secret questions. Christ is in us and around us. His avatars are at every elbow.
5. Does something special happen to the Astral Body of a person who acts as an avatar?
Yes. The mark of the god integrates itself into the Astral, Mental, and Soul Bodies of the avatar. Even though the mantle is temporary, the knowledge and power of the god is accessible ever after. As you can imagine, this is a good thing.
What is this mark, you ask? In the 4th dimension it can be discerned as a quality that the god expresses; at times the body itself resembles the deity. At the 5th dimension it can be seen as a “bubble” thought form of the god; the powers of the deity emanate as energetic colors from the avatar’s Mental Body. At the 6th dimension the Soul Body bears badges and sashes of experience. Each god has her/his own symbol, which has virtue and power in itself. These symbols are borne by the avatar’s Soul Body.
6. What about the divine aspects such as The Ancient of Days? Do they have avatars?
The Ancient of Days is a rotating office, specifically for the dispensing of universal truths. An office is also an aspect of Logos, but is more like a living thought form. To our eyes they seem to be giant forms of plasmic energy. They are beautiful and immense and benevolent. Unlike the Christ Office, most offices do not use avatars. Students of Truth can access the offices directly for gathering information or guidance.
7. Draw or describe one of your helpers.
